I am very disappointed with my experience. I brought my vehicle in because it was having a specific issue, and after paying for labor, I was told the problem had been fixed. Unfortunately, the exact same issue continued after I picked up my car. I had to bring my vehicle back a second time and was charged for labor again because the original problem had not been correctly diagnosed or repaired. As a customer, I don’t believe it’s fair to pay twice for labor when the initial diagnosis did not resolve the issue. I understand that some vehicle problems can be difficult to diagnose, but I expected better communication and a reasonable resolution instead of being charged again for the same ongoing issue. Overall, this experience cost me additional time, money, and inconvenience, and I cannot recommend this shop based on how my situation was handled.

Simon and his team are amazing! if you leave near they also give you a lift to your home and pick you up if you need transportation. I recommend this shop they care about you as much as you care about your vehicle. I took my car here fix my hood it did not open and Simon took the time fix it turns out the spring was loose. 2nd time I took it turns out some squirrels made a nest inside my car it chew the cables and I was not able drive my car the very next day I got my car back.

Simòn and his team of expert mechanics had my vehicle right within 30 minutes or less. The service was very professional and the cost was just right. Shop and office area very clean and organized. Highly recommended to anyone looking for fair and honest master mechanics and a clean and comfortable customer waiting area.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👍🙂
